CKPG provided full-service owner's representation for The Vanguard, an eight-story mixed-use residential building in downtown Boise, guiding the project from entitlements through construction. Key project elements included securing air rights easements from ACHD and ITD for the building's projection over the public right-of-way, and delivering four levels of wood-frame construction over a four-level concrete podium.
